Missing Tracks by Downloading a Playlist

I am running a plex server on my unraid server and
have the following problem
I want to download a playlist to my iPhone.
The playlist has 37 tracks. However, only 23 tracks are downloaded from the PlexAMP.
The tracks are all in mp3 or m4a format and can be played from the iPhone. Also, all the tracks are in the same library/folder.
There is still 200 GB of free space on the iPhone.
If I search for a title, which is not downloaded, via Plexamp and then download it individually, this works and I can also play it. However, it is not downloaded in the playlist.
On my work PC (WIN10) all titles are downloaded via the Plex app (37 of them).
Maybe you can tell me what is the reason for this!

Small addendum:
With the Plex app on the iPhone all tracks (37) are downloaded.
With PlexAMP on my work PC (Win10) i have the same track reason (23 Tracks) too.

So I can say, the problem is the PlexAMP APP!

Based on these logs, it’s only seeing 23 tracks:

Is it possible you are downloading with different users and they have different access?? Otherwise I’m not sure what the issue could be.

If you look at the playlist inside Plexamp before downloading it, how many tracks does it show?

thanks you for your answer. No, I do not use multiple users. I have made a few screenshots. When I open the playlist in plexamp, 37 tracks are displayed. when I click on download, only 23 tracks are downloaded.
I have done the same procedure with the plex app on the iphone. there the playlist also shows 37 tracks and it also downloads 37 tracks. the problem or bug is clearly with plexamp.

Ah yes, these tracks are very long. Plexamp currently has a 24 hour limit for each item downloaded, so that’s what you’re running into.

Okay, that will have been it. Maybe you could make a selector switch in PlexAmp where you could disable the lock.
