I’m not receiving the verification Mail from Plex since first registration. Tried it multiple times, but never received any mail. I looked into the Spam-Folder, but there isn’t anything new.
It’s a “t-online.de”-Mail-address. Can anyone help with this?

Try to verify my email address, but never receive the verification email from Plex. A response & resolution from Plex would be nice.
Same problem here! I don´t get any verification mails. No spam filter active.
I can confirm the problem,
a family member has forgotten his password and does not receive an email with the link to reset it.
His Plex account is also on a t-online email address.

Still no verification-mail. Is there anyone who could help?!
I sent an E-Mail and got a response. In my case the problem was, that t-online blocked the IP of the plex-mailserver. They contacted each other and removed the block. After clicking on the verification-button the E-mail arrived after seconds
