Ok so my watched history is still correct on PMS on my MacMini but for some reason when I login on a computer or my Apple TV the history is from like a few weeks ago. What could be causing this mismatch and what can I do to correct it.
can you please take screenshots of what you mean. I am assuming you mean the recently played hubs are not the same.
Yes that is what I mean. On my Apple TV it has like the last episode of tv show way back in season one while on my PMS it’s correct in season 9.
Is the episode that should be on On Deck appearing correctly?
Only on the pms. It’s like a mismatch between the pms and my devices. It’s even wrong when I log on to Plex on a different computer. It’s like the changes I make on the PMS are not syncing over to other Plex devices.
Ok I figured out where I messed up. Apparently I was running two instances of PMS. The old one that was replaced on my MacBook Pro and one on my MacMini. Once I closed the older instance everything defaulted to the correct settings. Thanks for your help!
