I am experience problem while playing x265 (HEVC Main 10) and only using the MiTV Android 9, with Plex Player 9.1.0.32210. the movie feels like it is not playing right, it feels like a stop motion film, like instead of playing the movie at 24 fps, it is playing at 15 fps so the movie feels like its “stuck”. when I change the codec to x264 everything works fine.
On any other players I don’t have this problam.
