MKV File not recognise by plex

There are several .mkv files that is currently in the plex server directory can is not recognise by plex, so it is not appear in the home screen.

What can’t help unless you tell us what sort of library and the name of the file(s).

I don’t understand what you need, can you explain more details?

Can you please send an example of your directory file structure please. Are we looking at movies, Tv or personnel video.
