I’ve got sort of a weird issue. I have got Plex server installed on my NAS, and I watch the content on my phone/tv over the home network. I can’t seem to watch when I log in on the app over data. The content keeps loading, but doesn’t seem to run.
Weirdly when I connect my mobile hotspot to my laptop and then try from the web browser, it seems to work.
Is there an issue with my app?

I have another issue, content is fine on one phone (I also have Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro). The issue is it doesn’t run on the phone I use mostly, OnePlus 8. So settings wise I think I am okay.
I also uninstalled the app and installed again, still the same thing.

My apologies for not replying earlier. What I meant was, that Plex app itself runs, but when I try to play media it does not.
So on the same phone (Oneplus 8) it runs on direct play, but on data it doesn’t work. On my other phone it does play on data as well. So the settings are okay, just something going on with the app on Oneplus phone.
