Plex app is not working well on mobile data

Hello All!

My issue is the following:

Local network:

Everything works well, PC, Mobile devices, Apple TV, Plex Connect etc

Mobile network:

If I use VPN it is working from my phone, if I use Safari then still working, but when I use the Plex app, then the following error:

error occurred and can not play any videos, in the logs I can see only 200 answers and timeout problems, no idea why it is not working.

anyone can help in it please?

Server Version#: 1.41.7.9823
Player Version#: 2025.17.0 (1082) iOS 18.5
