Within the last month, I am having issues with iOS Plex apps seeing my personal libraries. Both server and apps are up to date. The app says the server is offline, but on the same mobile device I can log into plex web and see all libraries.
Additionally, PlexAmp sees the music library no problem, but the main Plex app sees nothing.
Same here. The iOS app eventually shows my libraries, but now it takes forever, when it used to be instant. As a lifetime plex pass user, this is really frustrating, since plex is obviously leaving us behind in their plan to move int ad-supported streaming.
What version of the Plex app for iOS are you running? There was a recent (in the last day or two) fix which corrected an issue where the Home Screen could load before connecting to servers (resulting in no server content being shown and the server(s) showing as offline).
