Hi. I been using plex app in Windows 10 PC for a year or so and suddenly this annoying bug came. I have checked the option to hide cursor and uncheck and check again but mouse cursor never hide when in full screen.
However all the other controls disspaears in seconds, just the mouse cursor remains.
What should I try??

Only thing to try is to wait for it to be fixed, Plex is not having a good time with this Windows Store App for last few releases unfortunately.
@lord_mcdohl: there’s a new release going out today with a ton of fixes. While I can’t guarantee that it will fix that issue for you, I can’t reproduce the issue with the newest build, so it would be interesting to see if it works well for you, before we start investigating. We might need to give you a private build with some additional logging in order to be able to determine what is happening. For what is worth, here’s the correct behavior (which is what I’m seeing):
With auto-hide mouse cursor OFF:
- If not playing anything, mouse will be visible.
- As soon as you start playing a video, mouse will disappear as long as you don’t move it.
With auto-hide mouse cursor ON:
- If not playing anything and you don’t move the mouse for a few seconds, mouse will disappear.
- As soon as you start playing a video, mouse will disappear as long as you don’t move it.

You’ve posted in the wrong thread – there’s no way they Windows Store App (as tagged for this thread) runs on Mac.
