Move an Install to Another System

Hi, I’ve followed the instructions in the link Move an Install to Another System as I moved from MacOS 10.3.16 High Sierra on a standard disk to MacOS 10.3.16 High Sierra on a SSD disk, the pc is the same iMac. The media is on a QNAP Nas.
I can see everything of my libraries: names, metadata, etc. but when I play a movie I receive the following:
Errore

I attach also the Plex and Database Logs:
Plex Media Server Logs_2019-08-31_23-27-13.zip (309.3 KB) Plex Media Server Databases_2018-07-11_15-15-16.zip (22 Bytes)

I’m not understanding what’s wrong.

The same movie are playable when run directly from the Gas (through VLC app).

Thanks, best regards.

The Plex Media Server.log is showing quite a number of database corruption errors.
You can check that out and attempt to repair using the instructions of this support article:
https://support.plex.tv/articles/201100678-repair-a-corrupt-database/

If I was only changing the hard drive on my Mac to an SSD, I would use SuperDuper to clone the drive to the new SSD and boot off the SSD to test it. For me this works without flaw every time.

I hope Tom’s method works for you to fix your database though. If your db had problems before the move to SSD, maybe that should be addressed before trying to restore it?

Hi, Plex Media Server was running fine before the reinstall of the MacOS on a new SSD drive.

Tom, I’ve followed the instructions in the link and now the Plex Media Server doesn’t open anymore. What should I check ?

This is the Plex Media Server.log file:
