If I had to guess, the vast majority of trips to the settings page end in a click on “Libraries”. However, it’s near the bottom of the list, and requires going down a full page, to access.
This suggestion is to move the “Libraries” subheader of the server settings page, up to the top, since it is the most used (I know it is for me, bet it is for most people).
Just wondering what you’re doing with the Libraries section that you cannot do right on the individual libraries? (except you keep scanning all libraries) 
Scanning by itself, and the Plex Dance. I’ve got so much media, and it’ll take years of fiddling with the filenames and folder structures, to get it all right. So, I spend a few minutes here, an hour there, over long drawn out periods, to try to clean it all up. This requires constant scans, metadata updates, trash empties, rescans, etc.
You know you can do that right from within the respective library?
