Move Plex Server & NAS Mac to Mac

I set-up a plex server on my MacBook Pro with a USB hard drive. I now want to move everything to my Mac mini which I am already using as an iTunes server.

What I tried to do… I plugged in the USB drive into the Mac mini, downloaded plex and logged in. However it says it cannot locate the files from playback.
I then tried to EDIT LIBRARIES and ADD A FOLDER but it only pulls of the file structure from my MacBook Pro not the Mac mini.

I also tried to follow to instructions for copying files “~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/” however there is no such folder on the original source computer

So I was able to solve my issue by following the instructions in this video https://youtu.be/yLPi4vZOj0w
Which may mirror the instructions in this site but for whatever reason when I follow this video everything worked.
I was never able to locate the necessary files on my original Mac without copying and pasting the location as illustrated in the video above.
