Moved and now I cant get my Live Tv DVR Working

I never ran into this before I left FL but now I am in AR and trying to set my tru nas plex server back up It would not take a zip code from my area
I tried all in this area its main is 72401 Jonesboro Ar
I looked for a XMLTV file to use would prefer something I did not have to mess with (URL)
I would never have thought a colledge town of this size would have had a issue with this
Is there something I can do to make this work again ?

There has got to be something wrong here I have tried my whole countys zip codes with same result

    I tried using my old zip code got the same

That is not your server version, it should be 1.xx.x.something. The current general release is 1.41.6.9685-d301f511a.

You can find the server version under Settings / General on the web admin page (not under Plex Web / General).

Also it’s not clear from your post, did you delete your previous DVR first and then re-add it? (Under Manage / Live TV & DVR on the admin page) — I’m guessing you did, I just want to double check… :slight_smile:

I just got it fixed
It appears moving the server (hardware) unregistered it once I confirmed it
All was good
