DVR can't locate the EPG

Hi I’ve been using live tv since 5 years, and today my server is showing no DVR was setup. So I deleted it and tried to set it up again. Now I’m stuck with Plex not finding my postal code in Canada, I also tried with multiple postal code and USA for country and different zip code. No luck!!

Please help fix it

I’ve got a similar issue. I’m configuring DVR for the first time. When I go through the menu to “Set Up Plex DVR”, I enter my zip code and click NEXT. I then get prompted to enter my XMLTV data. So I click on “Click here to select your location instead.” The next screen shows my country correctly (United States). I enter my zip code and the screen comes back with red text:

We couldn’t find Plex DVR guide data for your location at this time. Please select a different location or use an XMLTV guide.

I put in many zip codes, including zip codes from this forum that are known to work. Each time I receive this same error message. I was hoping to get this configured for the Superb Owl tomorrow. Thanks for the help.
