So I have an up to date server on a terramaster NAS that’s been working fine for plex after I doubled it’s RAM. (Using Xbox to play, I never use remote access.)
We moved and I HAD to change to BT phone line broadband. BT routers are terrible IMO, so I dug out my Nighthawk R7000 and changed it to an access point, as it’s router only(Cable originally)
- I did have to reset the R7000 as I’d forgotten the password for admin, did I forget something I’ve changed in router settings a year ago or more please?
-With the BT router OR the Nighthawk, I can find plex fine on my xbox, see even files I added today of movies… but I get a constant cirlce on play. -Like nothing, at all, will play.
I checked the location on my moved home network, same address for the library, -I even created another library of the same folder to see if I could play anything. Nope.
I’m going a bit mad here. I just want to play a movie lol 
Please help! I’ve updated Plex on Nas, no updates in app store, and just updated plex on Xbox one S, so up to date.
Note: I can’t play anything on the pc either!

EDIT: the transcoder process crashed… JUST GOT THIS… Never had before… And I’ve been trying to play movies over a few updates of plex so I don’t think it’s just this latest server version?
