PMS is installed on my nas...no server found!

Server Version#: 6.2-23739-2 (ds916+)
Player Version#: 3.65.1 (i assme, how ever latest version from Plex)

Have had issues with Plex on my NAS. Had upgraded internet and was given new modem and router…I had some compatibility with net connection and lan issues even with me using my Nighthawk AC1900.

Have tried to remove and install Plex a few times and keep getting the same thing Refer to picture just below

I cannot even create a server or find said server that was originally working no issues before changing modom and router, The Nighthawk AC1900 i used as my wireless connection for Plex it self and for Internet usage for mobile devices.

I got removed my Nighthawk and replaced it for another Netgear router that fixed my net issues but now have this issue…

ANYONE ABLE TO HELP!?!?!?

have the same issue i am new to PLEX tried installing the current version several times and uninstalling ect.
i have a mac (high sierra OS) PlexMediaServer-1.13.5.5291-6fa5e50a8-OSX was what i downloaded
it loads and signs in every time but receive the same error as “fluffy kitten” i have tried logging out and going through the trouble shooting guides but nothing appears in my library to do with PLEX

Look at what Trumpy said…bear in mind i don’t use macs and so far this fix has worked for me…

But early stages just trying to get everything back online
