Moved House, Now My Plex Server Does Not Appear When I access [server]:32400 or in App.Plex.TV

Server Version#: I don’t currently know, i cannot access it, it was up to date as of 14 days ago
Player Version#: n/a

I moved house, everything has been working with my current setup for months prior to the move. I have Plex in a Docker container.

I have setup my network once more, everything works fine but not Plex, I cannot access my server at all. opening the server:32400 or app.plex.tv just shows this:

[Album] Plex Server Disappeared

Any ideas?

Verify the DNS address and Default Gateway address points to the new modem/router LAN IP
