We moved our homeserver to a datacenter and chose a smaller internet plan. But now Plex isn’t working anymore.
Is the datacenter somehow affiliated with Hetzner?

Which means that your server is atm not signed into any account and will therefore not respond to any communication from outside its own local and private IP network.
Yes it’s a Hetzner Datacenter.

So taking money is fine but actually allowing paying customers to use it is not? What is wrong?
Turns out only if you use Hetzner you are not allowed to use Plex but the rules of Plex. All other datacenters are fine.
Sanctioning one of Germanys top tier datacenter providers is totally fine and taking money from the customers and not not delivering as well.
This is not acceptable.
