The drive with your media files?
Or the drive which holds the Plex data folder?

Plex media files, the Plex data folder is on the windows 10 start up drive
The friendly name and other server identification data are stored in the Windows registry.
If you don’t have a backup (and cannot access the old registry) then you have no other choice than to create a new server identity.
