Hi I am going to upgrade my desktop which has plex pro and is the main server how do I get the new computer set up as the new server as I can’t find how to change the servers name any Ideas

Here’s a guide on how to move a Plex Media Server installation to a new system.
This will maintain the server’s name. If you want to change that, you should be able to do that in Settings > [Server Name] > General > Friendly Name
Side note: merely changing the new server’s “friendly name” won’t achieve what you are after.
Only the above linked method of copying all data (including the registry branch) from the old to the new computer will make the transition seamless for all Plex clients.
