Moved server; no access on same network

Player Version#: shield and android apps work fine but browser app.plex.tv doesn’t

I moved the server following the article steps (copied the files over from app data etc). It’s all setup, working and happy. Using the NVIDIA shield I can access it without issue but browsers won’t connect and show the server as not connected.

When I try the ‘connect directly’ option it opens an IP that is different from the one in the server remote url section (no idea if that is normal or not). It shows ‘unable to connect securely’ consistently.

I’ve restarted plex server numerous times, restarted the router and anything else I can think of but I’m a bit stuck now.
