Moved Server Now Movies only get metadata but no poster images

Any help with this is appreciated. I have looked through other forums and haven’t found anything that worked for me.

The server is installed on a Late 2014 Mac Mini with a WD EasyStore 5TB Hard Drive connected. This is happening since I moved my server from Windows (using internal hard drive) to the MacMini using the external hard drive. This happens to newly added movies and many of the older movies.

All data, extras, trailers, movie info show up as normal, the only thing missing is the posters. Most of the library thumbnails look pretty bad because of the missing posters.

The location on Mac OS was different. I went to ~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/ to find the files. Turned off PMS, deleted the files, rebooted the machine. The fix seemed to force some items to get the posters along with metadata but some of the others seem to be still left in limbo
