Moved to Apple Silicon Mac from Intel. Lost all meta data

I moved my Plex server from an Intel Mac to a M1 Max Mac with the media on an external HDD. I had meta data on the Intel Mac, but after I downloaded Plex Server and Player to the M1 Mac and pointed the server to the external drive, all of the Meta data is missing. I updated the Agents and rescanned. I only have a poster of a frame from the movie. I had meta data from the TMDB with proper movie poster thumbnails and information. What is the solution to this issue?

My guess is that your metadata is still on your old system.
