When looking at MOVIES, and CLICKING on COLLECTIONS, Plex is displaying the movies by title. THe collections are there as if you search for one you can view it, but the main COLLECTIONS page is not showing them

Go to App settings. Hit the show advanced button if not already showing them.
then in the Debug settings ( on left) there is a red Restore Defaults button.
This will cause it to make you select the libraries you want pinned to side bar again and will fix issue. (It does not affect your server settings)
thanks for that. But the issue is not with the side bar and libarary pining - thats fine.
The issue is on the MOVIE page (see image) when I have clicked on the COLLECTIONS link at top my collections are not showing on the page just a list of my movies as if i was looking at the LIBRARY page
Did you try to Restore Defaults? Because it does more than reset the sidebar (that’s just the most visible change), and is a common solution to, “my collections tab shows everything”, and has worked for me in the past:
- Collections tab not showing collections, just all movies - Plex Players / Desktop Players - Plex Forum
- Collections tab showing library, not collections - Plex Media Server - Plex Forum
- Collections tab showing Library, not Collections - Plex Media Server - Plex Forum

Yes I did try restore defaults but it didn’t resolve the issue.
Does it happen at app.plex.tv ( or via IP) as well?
To be sure I am talking about this button in the Plex for Windows app. (I’m only showing the web app because i do not run Windows.) not the “reset customizations” button
