I have been adding my movies for some time and over 1000 now and I added 1 movie that just will not get the info right. The movie is called “The Hunted” 1995 I always use METAX to get the correct info embedded into the movie like on this one and have the file also named The Hunted (1995) but it keeps bringing in the 2003 movie info. I tried fix match and nothing. any ideas?
Is it a mkv file?
Another thing is if you are sure the metadata is fine then you might have to do the Plex Dance.
What is set as the primary agent in your movie library?
(edit your library, go to the ‘Advanced’ tab to find out)
Then please visit the Agent settings page of this agent
under Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - Plex Movie/TheMovieDatabase and note down the order of the checkmarked lines in there.
It’d also help a bit to diagnose the issue if you posted the Plex XML info of the misrecognised movie.
Yes, it’s mkv file and funny thing I just looked at it again to see the extension before I answered this and here it’s fine now so not sure what the deal was but ok now so thanks for the help anyway.
