Agents confusing Metadata for a Movie

Short and to the point.

I am confused about why Plex Agents are confusing metadata for a movie.

The movie is called “I.Q.” (1994). Plex Agents confuse this movie unbelievably with “Mrs. Doubtfire” (1993). No matter what I do by directing Plex to either draw metadata from TMD or IMDB, and even if I physically change the information once plex has completed the search and populated the wrong information, Plex still shows I.Q. as Mrs Doubtfire and will change and corrections I make.

What gets me is that the names and year are so different, that I must be missing something that is triggering Plex to pull the wrong info. I even looked at the file data itself and there is no trace of Mrs. Doubtfire anywhere.

If anyone can test this out for themselves (if you have the movie I.Q. handy) please explain to me what I am doing wrong or what Plex is seeing that I’m not. Its a minor inconvenience but to resolve this issue now will probably save me fustration later on down the road.

Thanks
Tom

I was able to get I.Q. to match properly. This is the movie with Tim Robbins and Meg Ryan, right? It even pulled the trailer for me. I did play around and when trying a manual match, Mrs. Doubtfire shows up as the second highest hit, not sure why. I used the filename: I.Q. (1994).mp4

What did you use?
