Hi. I upgaded my Plex Server(Ubuntu). After the update, movies are showing in “split screen” two identical images. I’m using the web app. Does anyone have er solution? I suspect Plex thinks it’s a 3D movie, but I can’t find any place to disable 3D. I appreciate any help…
is there an H-SBS or H-OU in the filename? If so, that generally means it’s a 3D movie, as far as I am aware, there is no process by which plex can duplicate and split screen the video frame, plex doesn’t have any sort of native 3D Mode, it follows whatever media is in the library.
And adding here, that even if the filename doesn’t contains above, try and view the media in VLC, and then see what happens
