Movie match agents not working

I had this same issue a couple of weeks ago, but after about 4 days it started working again, so I didn’t bother posting about it. Now it’s not working again.

I have screenshots, but I can’t figure out how to post them here.

As for your issue, not sure if this is related or relevant… But, TheMovieDB Matches for me have been spotty as of late… It will work on 80% of the files I put on (sometimes up to 65/day), and then fail on the other 20%… sometimes it won’t fail at all… I personally feel this is one of two things, either the API/Code Plex uses to grab stuff from TheMovieDB is broken (in my case it’s just not grabbing the posters, all other info is being grabbed), or, TheMovieDB is having problems… This started roughly 3 weeks - 1 month ago for me…

I don’t… If it was me, I’d download a new PMS and try and install it over the top of the current one… just so it overwrites any files that are screwy… the database will remain in tact

So I just got the notice that 1.18.1.2019 (for Synology) was available, so I downloaded it and installed it. The match worked. Thanks for the suggestion.

I wish I had confidence that this has fixed the problem for good, but I don’t. :slight_smile:

Images:

I drag images from the place they are and drop 'em on the message window (they go where the cursor is), so there’s at least two ways to do it…

Yeah, I just screenshot either standard or with Snipping tool and use ctrl+v… No need to save the images hehe
