I have manually “fix match” for the following movie:

Slash Feat Myles Kennedy & the Conspirators Live at the Roxy
/data/MOVIES/Slash feat Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators - Live At The Roxy (2015) [Bluray-1080p]/Slash Feat. Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators - Live At The Roxy 9.25.14 (2015) [Bluray-1080p].mkv

The “fix match” worked, but no posters exist. Both IMDB and TMDB have posters, so this is not the issue.

Any thoughts?

This is not a cinema movie, so you cannot use the ‘Plex Movie’ client to match it.

Are other meta data fetched correctly? Is only the missing poster the issue?
Workaround: put this file into the folder and name it poster.jpg:

You can also try to wait a few hours and then delete the agent cache for the themoviedb agent

Got it. Would it identify the movie correctly if I change the agent from Plex Movie to TMDB? I also have quite a few other issues, which all feel related that my movies are named using TMDB convention. This may all be fixed once switching to TMDB agent?

You could do that.

alternatively:
I recommend you to create a separate library for all videos which don’t fit the description ‘cinema movie’.
You can then set the default agent for this library to TMDB.

Thanks. I don’t think this will fix my issue. I am also facing a broader issue about movie identification, where Plex does not appear to match against TMDB properly:

Solution is to switch to TMDB agent.
