I’ve done some digging.
You’re running PMS 1.5.7. A metadata bug was fixied after that time.
Please simply update to current Plex Pass. Discussing with other employees, we think this is MORE LIKELY what you’re seeing.

I’ve been doing updates directly through the server. It said I was up to date. I now see there’s 1.7 out. How did plex not notice this?
That being said it does seem to have fixed the problem. It’s running somewhat slow but is downloading the metadata.
Your Settings - Server - General.
At the bottom is “Update Channel”. You are set to Public
Regarding “Slow” … when done scanning… Optimize the database.
