Recently my movie library wouldn’t load, so I decided to delete the library and rebuild it. Now my movie metadata isn’t loading. Basically the movie poster is just a still frame from the movie: https://i.imgur.com/9fR9mrC.jpg. Stuff like the year, cast, do not load. When I pay the movie it forces me to transcode, even though it’s H.264 on Plex Media Player. My TV shows are unaffected at the moment. I have a Plex Pass and and using an NVIDIA Shield with Oreo.
I’ve tried doing the following:
- Deleting the movie library
- Turning off PMS
- Force stopping PMS
- Restaring my SHIELD
- Turning PMS back on
- Re-adding the Movie library
And it still doesn’t load movie metadata. Do I have a corrupt database? Will I need to reset my Plex server and set it up again? Please help.
