I have added a movie to the library and I can play it via TVOS. Unfortunately, I cannot play the movie on IOS and also not not plex web. Attached log file. Thanks for looking into it.
These might help
BTW: It looks like from your logs you are not on Windows. You may get better results in the right section of the forum but nonetheless I hope the above links can assist you. Good luck

Thanks for sharing and I had added a “like” to your reply.
I still don’t seem to get it working. Also, it seems a different issue as you pointed to. In my case, the movie actually plays on ATV, while it does not play in Plex web and Plex IOS. I also tested and the movies plex well in Emby web and Emby IOS.
Any other idea to problem solve?
I really don’t know. I think @ChuckPa may be able to help. He’s like the top dog of linux and issues from linux servers… He knows his sh*t…
It looks like Docker but Doker is misspelled .
fs.inotify.max_user_watches only impacts automatic detection of new files. If too much is used, the kernel will run out of memory. A typical value of 65536 is more than enough. The value of 5242 wastes 283 MB of kernel memory. On a small system (like a NAS) this would be bad, if not fatal.
I do need to know if:
- Docker, Native Linux (desktop), a NAS, or a Windows machine.
- DEBUG log files, collected 30 seconds after the error is recreated, attached here, are the most helpfull (Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs). Attach the ZIP file
Where did i mis-spell docker?
Running PMS on an unraid docker. it works for 90% movies of movies well. 5% play on plex for atv, but not on plex web and IOS. 5% play on plex web abd IOS, but not on atv (error reported separately).
Above post includes a full error log. played the movie twice with many minutes in between, so should have plenty logging.
Please let me know if anything else.
