Hello,
I have a movie that absolutely refuses to play. I have tried it saved as both a .mp4 and .mkv but it won’t play properly. All my other movie files are .mp4 format and play fine. I am currently testing the .mp4 version I saved in Handbrake as usual, and eventually (after about 4 mins) it will play, but there is no audio. The .mkv version of the same film won’t play at all (“there was a problem playing this file” error on TV screen). I am using the Plex smart TV app on a Panasonic TX-40JX870B, and my NAS is a Synology DS218play.
