Playback Error

Good morning,

For several weeks now I have the following error " Multimedia File format not supported when playing mkv movie files on Samsung 2017 TV.

I went to the extent of reinstallating Synology OS, the the same for the Plex App on the Samsung TV.

Could anyone assist with this issue please?

This behaviour happens when using the Internet browser, the App for Android, and on Synology NAS. As anyone any idea what could be the problem please?
