While the web client still does properly show movie reviews for my configuration, the Shield Pro client stopped showing these this past Friday, I believe.
I understand that some don’t want the embedded reviews, but I have really enjoyed having them.
Thanks for the reply, etcbeatty. Yeah, I don’t think it was due to legal issues as I can still access the reviews on my Windows Plex client, just not within the Shield Pro client. I just wish Plex had a more visible channel for communicating, in advance, changes impacting each client platform. I’ve been using it for over 10 years and it’s always the same surprises.
Thanks, Neobond! Honestly, I gave up on Plex implementing user feedback many years ago, but if you think the ticket might help, I appreciate you creating it. Reviews still exist for me both in web and Windows clients, BTW.
codeadm: Justina’s likely correct here - maybe you’re on an older version or using a different Plex client. Thankfully, this issue was addressed by Plex week’s ago and the reviews have been visible for me since (within the Nvidia Shield client). Thanks again, Justina!
