I wanted to submit a bug report, but there didn’t seem to be an easy way, so I’m placing this here instead.
I recently logged in to my parent’s Nvidia Shield Pro with Plex, and accidentally turned it into another server. I figured out how to turn it off (which was not intuitive, and definitely could be improved), however, while it was active I realized that I couldn’t find the on demand Movies and TV on the device. This, I later found out is because the device itself isn’t supported for that feature yet, however, before I figured that out I tried to see what was happening on a computer. In doing so, I could see both servers (my actual server and the new empty Nvidia one) but the Movies and TV on demand was missing from my list there as well.
When I searched on google for it, and found the tune in button on the promotional page for the feature, I was able to access it from there, but going back to home resulted in them disappearing again. I tested on multiple pcs, and this remained the case until I managed to deactivate the shield server, which seemed to put everything correct again.
This seems to be a possible UI bug. Is there a better place to leave feedback and bug reports?
