My problem is that I am able to go into edit and select a poster for a movie, but the poster is not displaying once I save it. I have reloaded the data on NAS. Kept drive letters the same as before. I also upgraded to the latest plex server version. I have refreshed all the metadata multiple times and deleted cache directory. Tried analyze, but nothing. Also, here is one example when the poster disappeared, I had a movie displaying the poster, I split the movie into one for black and white and one for color. Now posters are not showing up for the movie. I have read a lot about posters not show up but those solutions have not helped me. Never had a poster issue before now I cannot figure out how to solve this.
