please help
installed Plex server on my DS716+ Synology NAS
Apple TV 4K and Windows 10 on my pc
Smart TV LG Oled 65E8PLA with latest webOS
Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488 (latest)
Player Version#: Plex Play on apple TV latest version
Every time that I set in play any movie file on my nas stop playing in randomic way. Due to disabled dashboard why I have kids in my house every time I forced to restart again and find the exact place whre need to restart but after other minute or seconds stop playing. Please help. It’s very annoying, disappointed.

Had/having similar problems with FreeBSD server/Apple TV non-4K (both latest versions).
Check if enhanced video is on under client setting. If so, toggle this to off. Video is still glitchy but does not crash.

In the Apple TV Plex client app, swipe up or left to find “Settings” --> From Settings menu scroll down to “Use Enhanced Video Player” and set this to off.
My understanding is the enhanced video player for apple tv is still in beta.
