DS214play, Apple TV 4 and Plex not working proberly

Hello,
I’m having trouble with my Synology DS214play where Plex is running and playing videos on my Apple TV 4. After 3 Minutes it stops playing and the app on the apple tv crashes. The video was an MKV and 1080p.

When I play the video on the DS Video App it works just fine. What is the problem here?

Has it something to do with the transcoding?

Is this with the enhanced player enabled or not?

Yes. I disabled it and it seems to work

had the same Problem. But before the last Update to 1.38 Enhanced player worked fine…
