Plex can automatically add the theme music when the TV show is scanned into the library.
This is great to hear when browsing your collection.
Can Please also do the same for Movies?
There is manual support via mp3 files [implemented] Extras - movie themes - however it would be great if Plex can main automate this for us!
Any ideas for a legal source of those movie themes?

Well we know they have some relationship with Tidal, which might help.
But we can learn a few things from their TV experience.
They say that they maintain a library for the show themes and that due to copyright tracks have to be less than 30 sec.
So I am assuming that a similar approach can be taken here, hence my request.
I 100% agree with you. I love the feature and am currently doing it for my entire collection. It’s quite an annoying process but the feautre is so cool it’s worth it for me. If it were to be automated I’d be more satisfied!
I suppose the tricky part will be to identify what is the actual theme of a movie.
You could argue it’s the audio playing during the opening titles – but it could also be some recurring theme from the score / soundtrack. With the Marvel Cinematic Universe most will come up with a theme from the Avengers movies… though even that’ll slightly vary movie by movie.
Not to diminish the suggestion… just considering it might be a bit trickier than we think to find a common demeanor (and knowing the community, not everybody will go with the same idea of what themes to apply).
Personally I’m currently going with the audio of the Blu-Ray menu background clip (if that’s a dedicated clip MakeMKV can salvage from the disc 
Follow up comment after my own research. A lot of songs can be found by having the movie name with OST. Example: Singham OST. I see a comment on which song it should pick because there are many and that’s easy. Let the user decide, use the one that’s been used most by other users by default with an option to select others.
Users like me will also already have gotten the right song themselves and thus it can be copy pasted for other users who have the same movie.
Movie covers also offer many options so it’s not a new challenge.
