Hi. When I open the PMS everything loads except the free movies an tv section. It has been like this since yesterday. Can it be fixed?

i’ll ask the basic’s have you updated to the lastest build for your deivce…?
have you tried rebooting it yet i know?
is it plugged in proplerly to everything?
i can also confirm it is broken for me on android but then again it could be firewall at work… what about you…?
I’m having the same problem. Everything works, but movies and TV is greyed out. Not complaining though, Plex has been working better than ever lately with remote access.
Update: Looks like Movies & TV is back. I can see/play Crackle & non-Crackle content.
The online media - Free Live TV, etc - are independent of your Plex Media Server. A Plex server is not required to access those sources.
Live TV is working for me.
Movies & TV appears to be acting up. I can see/play items from Crackle, but not from other sources.
update for my end… after updating android to the latest security patch for my device it seems the app.plex.tv does works but the App itself is. my guess is some server somewhere is acting up.
Well, its has been a month or so after the Raspbian PMS setup. Yesterday i rebooted a couple f times without result but today is working. Maybe its a PMS service issue. Thanks a lot for your reply.

I am seeing this same issue this week. It seems that it hasn’t really been working properly since the latest service issues that Plex had the other day. I am seeing error screens on all of the “streaming” services from PLEX, such as Podcasts, News, Movies & TV, and Web Shows. I’ve rebooted, validated firewall not blocking any new plex service IP addresses, etc. Is anyone else seeing this?
Running Windows Plex Server (latest version) on Windows 10.
Multiple plex clients, all seeing same things.
