Is it possible to delete the Movies Collections database and force the whole collections database to rebuild itself?
I can’t even manually add a movie to a collection.
Not easily. I use a variation of this script https://gist.github.com/goofballtech/3e307edd0337cebb0b90637dd5714abb as I like to completely rebuild the collections every few months.
Reason being if a bad collection gets created on tmdb and then subsequently deleted plex won’t clean the collection deletion.
Anyhow, this is very much a nuclear approach so use with caution.
BTW… Deleting a collection locks the collection tag for the movies which where in the collection. Removing that lock is one of things I changed in the above script which helps with the rebuild.
