No, I only have a few smart collections (4) to be exact. I turned off auto collections due to this issue. I created another library and threw a few movies in there just to see results after making various changes in an attempt to resolve. I have repaired the database and even started fresh. I did update the batch when I moved the data folder and have never had any issues with the metadata other than this.
