When creating a Movie or TV Collection, Server takes a long time to respond to loading relationships

This happens across all clients and has happened for several server versions. I have recently disabled/deleted all collections from the server as they were causing issues when loading content on the new Android App.

In the logs, when content finally loads I see a line when I enable debug logging like the following:
200 GET /library/metadata/… TLS GZIP 15042 ms

I do not see any errors in the logs that would let me know if there was a specific issue.

Troubleshooting steps taken so far:

  1. Delete all collections from a Movie library
  2. Highlight all moves and edit their metadata to lock the collection tag
  3. Highlight all moves and edit their metadata to unlock the collection tag
  4. Optimize the Database
  5. Clean Bundles
  6. Disable collections from being created on the library

Experience across all apps: Content loads quickly with all relationships and no issues loading content on the new version of the Plex client for Android

Steps to reproduce the error:

  1. Enable collections on the Movie library
  2. Refresh all metadata for the entire library
  3. Confirm collection data has been created

Experience after these steps: All movies that are not within a collection load fast and work on the Plex Android app. Movies that are a part of a collection take 15 seconds to fully load all metadata within the web and windows clients and fail to load on the android client.
