When I add a movie (library) from the “My Cloud Home Duo” NAS to Plex, it doesn’t show the movie, but says: “Movies” is empty". I note that I don’t have a subscription to Plex. Could this be the problem?
Plex doesn’t require a subscription for basic library creation and playback. The problem lies elsewhere.
