Movies Jitter after Pausing

Player Version#: Not sure but up to date on Xbox One S

I have Plex on my Xbox One S and it is hardwired in on the same network as my Plex Media Server. However, I can pause a movie and when I press play, the movie will jitter (drop frames?) for about 5-10 seconds and then start playing normally.

I can rewind and fast forward and this doesn’t happen.

I also have Plex on my iPad and playing through a Roku and this doesn’t happen.

Just curious if this is an issue or something specifically on my end.
