Hi, I’ve been having this issue ever since the Plex TV agent update, where my family members and I can play TV shows perfectly fine, but occasionally when someone is playing a movie, it’ll make the server go “unavailable” and I have to manually restart my server.
Once this starts happening, if I’m viewing the Dashboard, it will no longer show what files are being played on the server or Tautulli, but I can see the bandwidth being used as if there’s things being played still. Then every ~5 minutes or so everything on the Dashboard will error out saying “Unable to load statistics” and the server goes unavailable again and I can’t access the Console or any other settings.
I’m not sure how to replicate it, but it’s been happening quite alot for the past 1-2 months and I’ve tried looking around the forums but I haven’t been able to find something similar to my issues. It seems to happen across most platforms from what I’ve gathered from family members, Plex for Windows, FireTV, Smart TV, PS4, & Roku I know are experiencing these issues off the top of my head. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I could try my best to supply any logs, or whatever else would be required, thanks in advance!
