Movies show "Unavailable" status in my library

Hello, I am hosting my Plex on Synology. I can see my movies but when clicking on them I see the ‘red’ ‘unavailable’ button. I’ve ensured that the Plex service account has permissions to the shared library and also restarted the Synology application. I don’t have the issue for Music, only my Movies.

Thoughts? Thank you in advance!

Have you already checked the exact file paths still match, e.g. comparing information from inside Plex (:pencil2: > Info) to the exact path in File Station?
