Using TIVO experience 3 or 4, the “Movies & TV on Plex” icon does not show, and therefore there is no way to play any of the many movies. That icon does appear on any computer logged into the account and all the movies will play. Whose fault is it that the icon is missing on TIVO. TIVO seems to blame Plex, but I am not sure that is correct.
The TIVO client seems indeed not to be supported by Plex.
Not exactly sure as for why that is – maybe some issues with the required DRM or other limitations (blind guess).
