No online movies/TV available, only NAS content is available on Tivo

Plex online content + my local NAS content are available as normal on my desktop, Android TV,and Android app. But on my Tivo box in the Plex app only my NAS content appears, there is no trace of the Plex online content such as movies, etc. Why?

Actually, looking a little deeper, Plex dropped support for Tivo devices, possibly due to security issues with their encryption, so I wouldn’t expect it to ever appear:
